Tomorrow I got that voice test for a radio station. We'll see how that goes. And on Tuesday an interview.

So my class had to organize a band competition at school. It went surprisingly well considering most of them didn't do shit. I ended up doing the job of 5 other people. That crap really gets to me especially when they still think they're working their asses off and have all the know how. Geez if they had had my internship they wouldn't have lasted a month! But whatever...

Had my cousin Inês bday party. Lol it was fun! A bunch of kids went. She was so happy! I was so happy for her too! I ended up teaching all the girls coreographies and had to play around with them and yes carry them every now and then. But it was a great party and the cake was delicious =D

Madonna's H&M line has arrived! Everyone's been tryng it out haha all you see is girls and women trying her clothes. She has some pretty cute stuff! Honestly looking at some of those clothes I wish I was older and a business woman hehe. But ah well...I bought a fancy scarf and a mad cool jacket from her line! I went crazy and kinda spent money I shouldn't have spend but what the hell. Besides jackets are my doom - it's a serious addiction!! I even hid it from my mom when I got home...can't just imagine what she says when she sees it! *hides*

Gonna go look for shoes tomorrow, for the weddings.

I'm still fighting this stupid cold. My dad got really sick, bad virus! He's taking shots and everything!

Also, I'm gonna try to make a new banner for my LJ. I need to change this place. I think part of the reason I don't come here as often is my layout sucks. It's so damn boring. I haven't done any graphics for a long time and I wasn't that good anyways lol but we'll see what I come up with.

I'm dead from my hip hop class. Gosh! Gotta go shopping now and then probably off to my aunt's house and tonight's CSI night! I'll probably miss it lol. I'm taping it don't worry ;)

So I had no computer for almost a month and I still haven't been able to catch up with everyone! Hopefully I'llg et around to that pretty soon.

So what have I been up to?! Well Xmas went by, yet another one right. I stayed at my aunt's place for Xmas since my dad worked on the 25th and my mom came home with him. So I stayed up at their hometown with the family. It was alright! A lot of people were missing so that sucked! I got a digital photo camera, socks, tshirts, scarves, bracelet, books, panties, witch...that's all I can remember lol.

My birthday was cool! Had friends over. We had dinner and played some board games. Yep hadn't done that in a while. I got an iPod (which is all fucked up and had to go to the factory to be fixed grrr), soaps, dolls, books, scarf, gold necklace, on and on...can't really remember lol.

Then came new year's eve and it was great!! Me and Mary went out to see the fireworks...we almost didn't make it! It was alright. The Government didn't spend as much money on it as last year's so it wasn't as spectacular but oh well...then we met up down there with Vera and her friends Soninha and Ricardo. We went to a bar, a gay bar hehe it was so cool! They were drunk already LOL but it was a blast spending time with them! We need to do it again!

Other than that, well I'm still having classes. I'm trying to put a band together. Waiting to go record some new tunes and next week I might go to this studio to meet with another producer, 'cuz he's looking for voices for a project of his and if he likes me I'll do it. Oh and I did record the vocals for that rap tune my friend passed on to me. Cool experience! I'm also looking for a job, I've starting sending out my Curriculum and in the meantime I'm looking for part time stuff. Not easy!

That's about it! Oh I'm hooked on "Wicked" now, the Broadway musical! I need to go to NY to see it live!!! I really do lol and I want a Wicked layout!!!!

I really need to start dropping by more often!

Life's been good. School is going alright, though this class right now is rather boring! Law and crap. But holidays are just around the corner :D
X-mas will be weird this year. My dad works on X-mas day so that would mean spending X-mas at home with my mom and dad and no one else. Did that one year and swore to myself it'd be the last time. So we're driving to my parents hometown on the 24th, and my parents will come back home on the 25th and I'll stay there to spend the day with all the family :) and I'll come back on the 26th. Hopefully on the 26th I'll meet up there with my violin teacher (she's a local) and have a violin lesson haha yes we're crazy like that!

Talking about my teacher, I saw her live the other day. She did awesome! She's a mad good player and she thought she had done horribly but turns out last Tuesday she's like oh I listened to the tape and it went great actually! Yep she was! Oh and we've come the conclusion that we cannot chat. Every time we have a class we start talking and when we look at the watch we only have like 15 minutes of class left haha so she was like girl I can't talk to you! From now on you'll come in..I'll say how are you? You'll say good!!! And then you'll play ok? Haha! Ah well...

Also yesterday my voice lesson went soooooooo well! My coach was thinking what had hapenned to me to be singing so well lmao!

I got a big package today from my sis Trippy, with gifts from this year and last year. Awesome stuff she sent me :) she's the sweetest and she knows me so damn well!

Well I think that's it for now! Oh I'm considering opening a musical myspace for myself...I'd have to clip some of my songs though. Need to get a hold of a program that does that!

Prision Break is about to start!

OMFG!!! I FUCKING LOVE THAT WOMAN!!

ANASTACIA IS THE BOMB for all you people out there who don't know it yet lol. Her show was amazing! Way better than the other one I'd seen and this one wasn't even a whole show as it was in a Festival, but it beat the other one if you ask me! She had no dancers this time, it was exactly the way I wanted it. Just her and the band! Amazing! She stood there and sang her heart out, she laughed, she cried, she talked to us, she jumped down and walked near the fans and touched many of them, she asked one to go up onstage. She was the best out of the night! That didn't surprise me haha! She's amazing and I'm so fucking proud to be part of her FaNily, to be one of her FREAKS!!

I had such a great time too. All the heat and hours of waiting were well worth it. Third row with Maria and Mafalda. It was just a great night!! Also got me a cute Ana top and a bracelet of hers too. Pretty funky shit!! Lol

Only thing that pissed me off was not being able to tape the show 'cuz hers was the only show that didn't air on the channell that was airing every single fucking concert!! That pissed me off but I know it'll be online sooner or later and maybe there'll be re-runs! Hopefully!! Plus the stupid so called fans on the front and second row right in front of me were just standing there staring at her, singing no songs, not dancing or jumping or even screaming....they didn't even seem like they were enjoying themselves and there I was on row 3 yelling so much and jumping and laughing and singing every single word!! Pissed me off! I shoulda been on row 1...I guess they just wanna go back home and tell everyone they were on row 1 @ Rock in Rio. Fuckers!! Get a life!!

All is well over here. I still don't have much time to come online but my internship will be over next week so that will probably change then.

More festival dates next week and I can't wait :)

My parents were in Brazil and brought me this cute top and a cute t-shirt and 3 bikinis that actually look good on me. I've never worn bikinis in my life 'cuz they always looked horrible on me but now I'm doing it wooohoo!! I'll probably go to the beach tomorrow or Saturday we'll see....
I can't wait to have some free time! I'll be taking a course next year on musical marketing and production and I'll probably have to get a part time job during the mornings to get some money...we'll see! But right now I wanna chill and I can't wait until my trip to Ireland!

There's a party tonight wooohoo!! Too bad I gotta wake up early tomorrow...*sighs*

I was shocked yesterday to learn that an actor from this tv show I watch had died in a car crash. I watch this show like every day and his character is/was one of my favourites, if not my fave. He was one of the most promising actors of that cast. He was my age, 22 years old, and he's gone...it's hard to believe really. From what I could see and from what people who knew him told me he was a really nice and fun guy....heck 2 friends of mine even said he'd be good for me and wanted to hook me up with him...it's all too weird and watching his last scenes is gonna be bittersweet.

I didn't know him, but here's my goodbye and tribute to someone who, above all, enjoyed living life.






RIP Francisco Adam

So I've been having more work lately. We're working on this press conference now. It'll be in a couple of weeks and there'll be a showcase too and guess who's doing that showcase's production? Me that's right! I'm excited hehe! Other than that all is well...On Tuesday I went to a charity dinner. Filled with VIPs lol. Funny thing was I was at home on Sunday watching this tv show (Herman SIC) 'cuz I spotted Anabela there and they're talking about this dinner/show thing to raise money for kids, and I was like aww I wanna go!! The next day Zeca calls me and goes do you wanna go to a vip dinner tomorrow??!! I was like HELL YES!! Lol so we went. We left our donations and then got us a table and waited for the rest of our group. This couple friends with Zeca came, 'cuz my parents couldn't go, and they're lovely! Then Anabela and her bf arrived (she like yelled my name and held my hands LMAO wacko) and we all sat down chattin a bit, but what we really wanted was food!! LOL everyone was starving and we made fools out of ourselves by asking the dude when we could eat lmao. Ah well....the the food came and it was great! Yummy really! Then the show started like an hour later than what was supposed....ahhh boring and I was getting sleepy! Plus those people up there on stage were terrible!! LOL except this one band that was alright, and then Anabela came on lol what a change! Everyone stood up and applauded. She did so good, I think it was the wine haha no seriously she sang even better than usual! Me and Zeca kept going WHOA she's doing it! LOL ya and then we left!

It was sad though when the director of the organization we were "helping" was up there talking about the project and no one would listen. Stupid VIPs blah!! But then the guy started telling stories and that was mad boring lol. But anyways lots of familiar faces there, singers, actors, tv people...there was this one girl who went with her mom and all she did all night was stalk people and ask all the celebs for pics *rolls eyes* pathetic!

Anyways what was great was bumping into Andrea, I was her highschool godmother and I hadn't seen her for ages!! I love that girl and she's just as lovely as she was. We talked a bit, laughed a bit and I find out her aunt is the one who put that whole party together lol small world. To make it even weirder, I turn around and see her sister Márcia lol I hadn't seen her for ages either! And then sitting at their table who do I see? Joana, my cousin's girlfriend haha we had a laugh about all that. And plus Andrea now lives near me lol crazy! We agreed to go out for coffee soon. Will have to text her soon. Overall it was a cool night and did I mention the food was fab??!! LOL =P
